airBaltic announces new mobile app

Latvian carrier airBaltic has launched its newly developed mobile application. The airline says the app is tailored to enhance the travel experience for its airBaltic Club loyalty programme members and can be downloaded for both iOS and Android platforms from the App Store and Google Play.

Martin Gauss, President and CEO of airBaltic commented: “We are proud to introduce the new airBaltic mobile app, available exclusively to our airBaltic Club members. This application not only improves the travel experience but also significantly upgrades the features of our loyalty programme, highlighting our dedication to our loyal customers. The new app replaces the previous one and offers a range of new benefits, specifically designed for our valued members.

“Furthermore, we will continue improving the app to provide even more features to enhance the user experience for our passengers in the future. We invite all our customers to download the new airBaltic mobile app, join the airBaltic Club, and enjoy the benefits and improved travel experience when flying with us.”

The app lets users manually add reservations if their membership number was not included during the booking process and provides information on point transactions, highlights membership level benefits and progression.

It also includes a section dedicated to Planies NFTs and users can easily track their point balance, differentiate between private and family/friends accounts, and access account summaries detailing member information and redemption options.
